LeRoy "Pete" King, age 70, passed away on October 14, 2016, at his home in Sikeston, Missouri.
Born September 7, 1946 in Reeves, Mo., to the late L.E. and Lillian Harder King.
He served in the United States Army.
He was the owner and operator of King Farms and King Bro. Farms for 40 plus years until he semi-retired in 2012.
Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Greg and Amy King of Sikeston, Mo. and Lee Roy King II of Sikeston, Mo.; one brother and three sisters - in- law, Jackie...

LeRoy "Pete" King, age 70, passed away on October 14, 2016, at his home in Sikeston, Missouri.
Born September 7, 1946 in Reeves, Mo., to the late L.E. and Lillian Harder King.
He served in the United States Army.
He was the owner and operator of King Farms and King Bro. Farms for 40 plus years until he semi-retired in 2012.
Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Greg and Amy King of Sikeston, Mo. and Lee Roy King II of Sikeston, Mo.; one brother and three sisters - in- law, Jackie and Janet King of Madisonville, Tn., Virginia King of East Prairie, Mo., and Janie King of Sikeston, Mo.; two grandchildren, Cam King and Brooke King both of Sikeston, Mo.; a special friend, Evelyn Comstock of Sikeston, Mo. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy W King and Robert L King.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, with Bro. Scott Sutton, officiating. Burial will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo. at 2:00 p.m. with full military honor provided by the Missouri Military Funeral Honors Guard.
Pallbearers will be Cam King, Nathen King, Sam King, Jeff King, Scott Bogle, Chad King and Jason King.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny King, Glen Deal, Terry Manes and Bob Maddox.
